
Vivian J. Kemboi
Ms. Vivian founded 3Es Experience in 2019 due to her passion for Clean Energy, Environmental Conservation and communities’ empowerment. She has played key roles in the Maasai community such as fundraising for the 2017 Maasai Mara Hunger Disaster. She holds an MSc. Monitoring and Evaluation, BSc. Human Resource Management among other professional courses at the Kenya School of Government, Amref Health Africa and the Humanitarian Leadership Academy.
She has vast knowledge and experience not forgetting passion in Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) as well as program development, planning, support and management.
She is a Clean Energy and Environmental conservation Champion who has participated in the United Nations Environmental Assembly, Clean Cooking Forum in 2019 and mentored target community girls from Suswa Girls High School at Environmental Journalism Society of Kenya, she also runs & manages a YouTube Channel known as “Where is Vivienne?” Where she promotes tourism in Kenya with a main aim of encouraging environmental conservation.

Dr. (Eng.) John Mativo
Dr. (Eng.) John Mativo who holds a PhD. Civil Engineering, MSc. Structural Engineering and BSc. Civil Engineering is a great youth mentor as well as an energy expert who plays key advisory, mentorship and organisation networking roles at 3Es Experience.
He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Engineering, on policy formulation, Management, Resource Mobilization , Networking, Mentorship not forgetting the key role he plays in this country as an Energy Expert. He played a key role as an advisory director in different organisations. At 3Es his main advisory focus revolve around the Energy pillar, Strategic Leadership, Mentorship and Networking.

Melany Tupenoi Nteti
Melany is our Digital Strategist and a degree holder in Mass Media and Communication from Mount Kenya University. She is passionate about volunteering and helping people live better lives. She is also an enthusiastic writer and blogger for self help content for young people like herself.

Noemie Metais
Noemie Metais currently works in the Youth, Education and Advocacy Unit in the Ecosystem Division at UN Environment headquarters in Nairobi. She focuses on both formal and non-formal education initiatives around developing green jobs for youth, behavioural science projects as well as linking sports and nature. Previously Noémie worked with the French Development Finance Institution (AFD) in East Africa in sectors such as education and public finance management, and in the renewable energy sector with Renewvia in Kenya. Noémie holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia Business School and is the country coordinator for the Climate Fresk, a French environmental education association, in Kenya. She's also a French teacher in an orphanage in Kenya and loves dancing and hiking.
